WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Please allow up to 5 business days to verify and process your order and between 5-10 business days for delivery. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will begin processing the next business day. During high order volume periods we may require additional processing time. WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship worldwide. Please proceed to checkout to review shipping rates and taxes. If your local currency is unavailable, please send us a message. By placing an order with us, you authorize us or our designee to facilitate shipment to your address outside Canada and the United States. You also acknowledge that, pursuant to the customs laws of your place of delivery, the shipment may incur duties and import taxes upon delivery. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with corresponding tracking information. These emails contain the most up-to-date information regarding your order.
HOW DO I RETURN PRODUCT, GET AN EXCHANGE OR GET A REFUND?
All sales are final. In the case of damaged or incorrect goods received, please contact customer service immediately to review and resolve. Please make inquiries on damaged or incorrect goods within 7 days of the delivery date. No inquiries will be accepted beyond the 7-day period.

Once an order is submitted, we cannot cancel or modify it.
